We offer free second alteration two weeks before your competition. Valid for US customers only.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We use USPS as our main carrier. We ship with priority mail, which means you will receive your item within 1-5 days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Laura G Crystals, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
All items are subject to exchange only within a 7 day period.
We encourage you to contact us if there are any issues with your product. Providing 100% customer satisfaction is our strive, therefore we make ourselves available to you 24/7.
Exchange will be issued on merchandise that is in its original condition,with tags still attached .
All Exchange items Must meet the following criteria:
- Must include original receipt /invoice and a reason for the return.
- Product must be returned within 7 days of being received.
- Items must Not appear to have been worn,spoiled,washed or altered.
- Merchandise that does Not meet this criteria will NOT be accepted and we will not issue credit.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping charges and all Paypal fee transactions
Custom made items CAN NOT be exchanged and will not be accepted for return.
Instead, store credit will be issued for and will apply toward any other products in the store of same or lesser value. Buyer will be responsible for shipping.
Products we create are one of a kind unique and crated to fit your personal style. Therefore as a form of protection for our unique product, NO items will be accepted or credited, if the purchaser has taken/posted photos of the items, anywhere on the social media or web.
