Returns and Refunds

All  items are subject to exchange only within a 7 day period.

We encourage you to contact us if there are any issues with your product. Providing 100% customer satisfaction is our strive, therefore we make ourselves available to you 24/7.
Exchange will be issued on merchandise that is in its original condition,with tags still attached .
All  Exchange items Must meet the following criteria:

• Must include original receipt /invoice and a reason for the return.
• Product must be returned within 7 days of being received.
• Items must Not appear to have been worn,spoiled,washed or altered.
• Merchandise that does Not meet this criteria will NOT be accepted and we will not issue credit.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping charges and all Paypal fee transactions

Custom made items CAN NOT be exchanged and will not be accepted for return.
Instead,  store credit will be issued for and will apply toward any other products in the store of same or lesser value. Buyer will be responsible for shipping.

Products we create are one of a kind unique and crated to fit your personal style. Therefore as a form of protection for our unique product, NO items will be accepted or credited, if the purchaser has taken/posted photos of the items, anywhere on the social media or web.
